G.Pac Consulting Group is led by a recognized expert in maritime law, transportation, logistics, and international trade, with a strong academic background and more than 30 years of experience in the maritime industry.
He holds a Postgraduate Specialized Diploma (DESS) and a Ph.D. in Maritime Law, Transportation, and International Trade from Aix-Marseille University (France), as well as a Master's Degree in Business Law from the University of Lyon (France). He also holds a professional specialization in import-export operations and international freight forwarding from the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA), Canada.
His professional background also includes legal training in France, culminating in the successful completion of the "Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat (CAPA)", the French professional qualification for Lawyers.
His expertise is founded on an in-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing maritime transportation, logistics, and international trade, combined with extensive operational experience in the maritime industry.
